About This Art

Because the artist knew restraint, the deep green hits harder here. The lettering sits quietly while the fruit and veg do the talking — watermelon, tomato, plum, banana, peach, all in plain bold colour.

A kitchen wakes up around it. The room stops feeling like just somewhere you cook and starts feeling like somewhere you'd happily linger. Cabinets look warmer. The fruit bowl on the counter suddenly belongs to the same world.

Hang it above a sideboard, on a feature wall by the dining table, or on the bit of wall between worktop and upper cabinets if you've got the room. Works best at eye level.

Pair with oak, painted shaker fronts, linen, stoneware and a bit of brass. Anything natural and lived-in.

Don't crowd it with smaller posters fighting for attention — let it carry the wall on its own. Printed on premium fine-art paper for clean colour.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the green dominate or does the red carry equal weight?

Green takes up the most surface — the leaves, the lettering, the marrow — so the print reads green-leaning overall. The red tomato and orange peach act as warm punctuation rather than equal partners. If your kitchen already has strong green cabinets, the print will reinforce that; if it's a neutral kitchen, expect the green to set the new tone.

Is the lettering readable from across a room?

The 'FARMERS MARKET' lettering is the largest type on the print and is readable from a few metres away. The smaller 'Every Sunday' and 'Fresh and Organic' lines sit as secondary detail — visible up close but not shouting. From across a kitchen it reads as a clear market poster rather than a wall of text.

Does it work in a small kitchen or will it feel too busy?

It can work in a small kitchen, but give it a clear wall on its own — between cabinets and worktop, above a sideboard, or on the back of a galley wall. Don't pair it with patterned tiles, busy wallpaper or other prints in the same eyeline. The poster is the pattern in the room.
