Because the artist knew restraint, the sage green hits harder here. The hills feel lived in, not staged — olive trees in the foreground, cypress dropping down to a farmhouse, vineyards stitched across the valley in soft terracotta and green. Hung in a room with cream walls and pale wood, it slows everything down. Best above a sofa, console or low bed where the eye has space to travel across the valley. It pairs well with linen, bouclé, stoneware and aged brass. Avoid hanging it next to anything loud or high-contrast — busy gallery walls or graphic prints will fight the soft pinks and hazy lilac sky. Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Is the palette as soft and muted in real life as it looks on screen?

Yes. The greens are sage and olive rather than bright, the terracotta hills are dusty and warm, and the sky reads as a hazy lilac-grey rather than a vivid blue. It's a calm, muted landscape designed to sit quietly on the wall, not shout.

Will it work on a cream or off-white wall, or does it need a coloured backdrop?

Cream, chalky off-white and warm plaster walls suit it best — they let the soft pinks and sage greens glow. It also sits well on a pale clay or muted sage wall. Very cool grey or deep navy walls can dull the palette.

What size works best above a standard three-seater sofa?

Go large. The valley has depth — olive trees in the foreground, vineyards in the middle, hills behind — so a generous portrait size lets the eye travel through the scene. Aim for the artwork to span roughly two-thirds of the sofa's width.
