About This Art

Watch the bird land, then the soft pink start doing damage. The deep navy backdrop steadies the room while the pinks pull warmth out of every nearby textile.

When this goes up, a quiet wall stops feeling like a gap and starts feeling like a destination. Eye-line lifts. Conversations slow down a beat.

Hang it where people pause — a hallway between rooms, above a small console, or on a study wall where you actually look up from the screen.

It pairs naturally with oak, aged brass, linen and a bit of velvet. Dusty pink cushions or a clay-toned vase pick the florals up without copying them.

Don't crowd it with other patterned posters or competing botanicals. One quiet abstract or a plain mirror nearby is plenty. Printed on heavy fine-art paper with rich, stable colour.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Does the deep navy background look heavy in a small room?

Less than you'd think. The pale border around the poster and the warm pink poppies break up the navy, so the piece reads as warm rather than dark. In a small hallway or study it acts as a focal point and actually makes the wall feel more considered, not closed in.

Will the pink poppies clash with a warm room scheme?

The pinks here are dusty and slightly muted, not bright bubblegum, so they sit comfortably alongside oak, linen, aged brass and stoneware. They can fight a room built strictly around mustard and rust, but with oat, cream and warm woods they read as a soft accent rather than a clash.

Is this better in portrait orientation only, or will it work above a sofa?

It's a tall portrait poster, so it's strongest above narrower furniture — a console, a small desk, or a hallway wall. Above a wide sofa it can feel a touch short on its own. If you want it over a sofa, scale up and consider flanking with two slim verticals.
