Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It softens but doesn't go black. In warm evening lamplight the blue deepens to a rich, inky tone while the orange and pink still glow, which is part of why the piece works as well at night as during the day. Avoid hanging it directly under a cool downlight if you want the blue to stay vivid.

The face is stylised rather than realistic, so it reads more as colour and form than as a watching figure. Most people find it energising rather than unsettling, but if you prefer art that fades into the background, this isn't that piece — it's designed to anchor the room.

Go large. The flat colour blocks need scale to land properly; a small print above a wide sofa will look stranded. Aim for a piece roughly two-thirds the width of the sofa, hung with the centre around 145–150cm from the floor so it sits at comfortable eye level when standing.
