About This Art

Nothing in this warm, dusty palette whispers, even when the bedroom does. Twenty hand-drawn cowboy boots line up in a neat grid, each one stitched with its own little motif — leaves, flames, florals, lassos. The colours are soft and easy: dusty pink, deep red, sage, cream, sandy brown, dusty blue. It lifts a quiet room without shouting, and gives a personal corner real character. Hang it above a dressing table, a desk, a single bed, or in a walk-in wardrobe where it gets noticed every morning. Sits well next to pale wood, cream linen, woven baskets and a faded vintage rug. Skip it in serious, formal living rooms where the rest of the scheme is buttoned-up and grown-up.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will this feel too childish for a main bedroom?

The palette does a lot of heavy lifting here — dusty pinks, deep reds, sage and cream — so it reads more grown-up than a cartoon piece. Hang it above a dressing table or chest of drawers with linen, pale wood and a warm lamp, and it sits comfortably in an adult bedroom rather than a kids' room.

Can I read each boot from across the room?

At a medium size you'll clearly see the twenty boots and their colours from across a normal bedroom or dressing room. The stitched motifs — leaves, flames, florals, lassos — reward a closer look, so it works best where people pass by or sit nearby, like above a dressing table, desk or single bed.

Does it work outside a western or country style room?

Yes, more than you'd expect. The dusty, muted palette stops it feeling themed. It slots into boho, grandmillennial and modern farmhouse rooms easily, and works in fairly plain modern spaces too, where the grid of small motifs adds personality without committing the whole room to a western look.
