Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Not usually. The teal reads as a soft, matte field rather than a heavy block, and the cream magnolias break it up. In a small room, hang it as the single hero piece on a warm off-white or chalky cream wall, and it adds depth without closing the space in.

The songbird sits roughly centre-right and faces right, with its tail trailing down and left. That gives the composition a clear forward pull, so it works well on a wall where the eye naturally enters from the left — for example, hung on the right-hand side of a sofa or above a console near a doorway.

Warm off-white, chalky cream and soft oat plaster walls flatter it most — they let the teal stay rich without competing. It also looks striking against deeper sage or clay walls if you want a more layered, English-country feel. Avoid cool grey or bright white, which can flatten the green.
