Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

No — the orange is softened by the cream background and the dark green leaves, so it reads as warm rather than loud. It actually sits well with terracotta, soft pink, mustard and warm cream. The colours to watch are cool greys and bright cobalt blues, which fight the warmth.

The goldfish bowl is the centre of the composition — it's brighter and more detailed. The black cat sits to the right as a quiet counterweight, watching. Most people see the bowl first, then the cat, then the small goldfish on the table — which is part of the joke.

It's great in small rooms. The cream border gives it breathing space, so it doesn't overwhelm a downstairs loo, a galley kitchen or a narrow hallway. In a medium size it sits comfortably above a sideboard or counter; you don't need a huge wall.
