About This Art

For a study full of curves, this Monaco cityscape brings the chequered flag. A red 1960s race car leans into the coast road while the harbour and pastel town sit quietly behind it.

Hang it and the room picks up pace. Tan leather looks richer, oak warms up, and the sea-green sky pulls cool tones together without going cold.

It earns its keep above a desk, a sideboard or a small home-bar shelf. Portrait shape means it slots into narrower wall runs other posters can't.

Pair with worn leather, brass desk fittings, a globe or two, dark green book spines, and a single rattan or woven texture for warmth.

Don't crowd it with other vehicle prints. One race car per wall — let this one win. Printed on thick fine-art paper with a soft matte finish.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Are there any visible team logos, sponsors or driver numbers on the car?

No real-world team logos or sponsor marks appear on the car. There's a stylised racing number on the side panel but no Formula 1, manufacturer or driver branding. It reads clearly as a vintage racing scene rather than a tribute to a specific team or season, which keeps it easy to live with long term.

Will the strong red feel too loud in a calm room?

The red is bold but small in the overall composition — most of the print is sea green, warm sand and soft sky. In a calm room it tends to act as a single confident accent rather than taking over. If your scheme already has red cushions or a red rug, expect it to tie everything together rather than fight.

Is it better above a desk or above a bed?

Both work. Above a desk, the car points your eye into the workspace and the harbour view gives a sense of distance, which is good for focused rooms. Above a single or double bed, it acts as a headline piece in a teen or guest bedroom, especially with navy or sand-coloured bedding underneath.
