Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Yes. The cream and warm grey ground keeps it calm, but the red brick building and small yellow taxi give it enough warmth to hold a sofa wall. It reads best at eye level above a low sofa, where the painted detail rewards a closer look without overpowering the rest of the room.

Very well. The warm grey, cream and brick tones echo natural wood and linen, so it slots in without clashing. Oak, walnut, woven rugs and bouclé all sit comfortably with this piece. Keep the surrounding wall colour soft — chalky off-white or warm grey — and let the painted street do the talking.

It carries plenty of detail, but at medium size in a hallway it works as a slow-look piece — something to notice when passing or pausing. The soft palette stops it feeling busy on a narrow wall. For very tight hallways, opt for the smaller size and hang slightly above eye level.
