About This Art

Somewhere between mid-century modern and 70s poster art, this abstract sunrise refuses to behave. It brings a jolt of warm colour to a quiet room — the kind of wall that makes you stop scrolling on the sofa and actually look up. Hang it on a chalky off-white wall above a low sideboard, a reading chair or a plain bed, where it can be the loudest thing in the room without anything else competing. Pair with cream linen, warm oak, rattan and a single terracotta pot. Avoid hanging it next to cool blue-grey walls, sage cabinets or dusty lavender textiles — the pink turns sour against those tones. Best as a solo statement on premium fine-art paper.

Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the pink feel too much in a small room?

It is loud, but it is one shape on a flat background, so it reads as a single colour block rather than a busy pattern. In a small room it works best on its own wall with quiet furniture nearby — a plain sofa, a pale rug, off-white walls. Treat it like a colour accent the size of a window, not as wallpaper.

What colours in the room will fight this print?

Cool blue-greys, sage green and dusty lavender all sit awkwardly next to the hot pink and orange. Warm whites, cream, tan, terracotta, deep red and warm wood all sit happily. If your sofa or curtains are cool-toned, hang this on a different wall so the two palettes do not meet head-on.

Does it work in a bedroom or is it too energetic?

It works in a bedroom if you want a wake-up wall rather than a calm one. Hang it opposite the bed so it is the first thing you see in the morning, not above the headboard where it can feel intense at night. Pair with plain bedding in cream, oat or warm white to let the colour do the work.
