About This Art

Three things it does fast: ground soft beige, sharpen black metal, wake the bedroom. The shapes are loose and hand-drawn — flowers and leaves cut out in cream against a deep black ground. It reads as one strong graphic block from across the room, then softens as you get closer. Hang it above a low bed, a sideboard, or a slim console in a hallway. It does its best work on a pale wall where the black ground can really land. Pair it with oak or walnut timber, cream bouclé, linen bedding, and a few stoneware pieces in clay or cream. Black metal hardware, woven baskets and a jute rug all sit naturally underneath it. Avoid hanging it next to busy florals or anything else with a heavy black ground — it wants room to breathe. Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?

Will the deep black ground feel too heavy in a small bedroom?

Not usually. Because the shapes are loose and the beige takes up nearly half the surface, it reads more like one calm graphic block than a dark hole. On a pale wall, with cream bedding and a bit of oak nearby, it grounds a small room rather than shrinking it.

Does this work above a king-size bed or is it better as a tall single piece?

It works above a king as a single large piece — the portrait shape gives it presence without sprawling. Above a wider king setup, a large or statement size centred over the headboard tends to look better than a pair, since the composition already feels complete edge to edge.

Is the beige warm or cool — will it clash with cream bedding?

It's a soft warm beige, slightly pink-leaning rather than yellow. It sits well with most cream and oat bedding and warm whites. If your bedding is a very cool blue-white, expect a subtle contrast — pleasant, but worth knowing before you hang it.
