About This Art

For a living room full of curves, this botanical pattern brings the check. Dense leaves, climbing stems and full-blown blooms cover the wall in deep navy, teal and warm brown, with cream and dusty plum flowers breaking the surface. Hang it above a sofa, between two windows or at the end of a hallway and the whole room feels more layered and considered. It pairs with velvet, linen, dark wood and aged brass, and sits well against painted walls in deep green, navy or soft plaster pink. Skip it if you want clean, pared-back walls or a room that stays quiet — this one wants to be looked at. Printed on premium fine-art paper.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

The image looks very dense — will it overwhelm a normal-sized living room?

It is a busy, patterned piece by design. In an average living room it reads best as a single large feature above a sofa or console, with quieter walls and textiles around it. If your room is already heavily patterned with rugs, cushions and curtains, choose a smaller size or hang it somewhere with less competition, like a hallway end wall.

What wall colour works best behind it?

Deeper, painted walls flatter it most — deep green, navy, warm clay, plaster pink or a warm off-white all work. Bright cool white can make the dark navy ground feel heavy and cut-out, so if your walls are stark white, consider a wider mount or a brown frame to soften the transition.

Will the cream and plum blooms still read from across the room?

Yes. The big open blooms and the lighter cream petals sit clearly against the dark ground, so the pattern still has shape and rhythm from a few metres away. Up close you get the smaller leaves, buds and twining stems; from across the room it reads as a rich, layered floral.
