About This Art

Once the soft pink enters, the whole room stops apologising. This is a small festive scene of skaters circling the Rockefeller tree, doing the work of a quiet anchor on a wall that needs warmth without shouting.

Hang it and the room reads a little kinder. The pink, blue and cream do most of the lifting, and the tiny figures give you something to look at without dominating the space.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Does this look too Christmassy to leave up after December?

The tree is there, but the palette does most of the talking — soft pink, washed blue and cream rather than red and gold. Plenty of customers leave it up through winter and into spring. If you want a strictly year-round travel print, a city or coastal scene without the tree will suit you better.

Can you actually make out the skaters, or does it just read as a busy blur?

At medium size and viewed from around 1.2 to 2.5 metres, the figures stay readable — coats, scarves and the odd skater mid-spin. Go too small and the detail flattens. Medium is the sweet spot for hallways, kitchens and above a console.

Will the soft pink clash if my walls are warm cream or off-white?

Cream and chalky off-white walls are exactly where this sits best — they let the pink read as warm rather than pretty-pretty. The wall to avoid is anything with a strong yellow or peach undertone, which fights the cooler pink in the print.
