How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿El rosa y la lavanda chocarán con un dormitorio gris?

No, están hechas para eso. La lavanda del cielo se sitúa muy cerca de una pared azul grisácea y se lee como parte de ella, mientras que el rosa y el melocotón aportan el calor que les falta a las estancias grises. Los únicos grises a evitar son los verdes fuertes o los grises con base amarilla, que chocan con el rosa. Las paredes en blanco cálido funcionan igual de bien.

¿Qué anchura debería tener encima de una cama king?

Apunta a dos tercios o al ancho completo del colchón, es decir, entre 120 y 150 cm en una cama king. En ese tamaño, los tres pájaros se ven a una escala de vuelo correcta y el cielo llena la pared detrás de las almohadas. Deja unos 20 cm entre el cabecero y el borde inferior para que la imagen pertenezca a la cama y no parezca flotar encima.

¿Es demasiado suave para sostener por sí sola una pared del salón?

No, si tiene el tamaño adecuado. Sobre un sofá debe ocupar al menos dos tercios del ancho del sofá, y entonces el movimiento de los pájaros le da a la pared un punto focal sin imponerse. Mantén el sofá y los cojines lisos, en lino oat o blanco roto, y los colores pálidos se leerán como calma y no como falta de fuerza. Solo sufre junto a tejidos con estampados potentes.
