How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿El fondo negro parecerá un agujero oscuro en mi pared?

En paredes blancas o claras, sí, puede hacerlo. El truco está en un color de pared cercano al oscuro del propio cuadro, como antracita, verde bosque o azul marino. Así el cielo se funde con la pintura y las flores, el agua y los cisnes parecen quedarse solos sobre la pared. La luz de lámpara, mejor que la superior, remata el efecto.

¿Qué ancho debería elegir sobre una cama doble estándar?

Busca un ancho similar al del cabecero o un poco menor, que para una doble británica ronda los 120 a 140 cm. El formato 2:1 hace que la altura sea contenida, así que no agobiará el techo. Cuélgala con el borde inferior a un palmo por encima del cabecero y deja que las lámparas de noche sean lo único más en esa pared.

¿Qué colores de la estancia debería tomar de ella?

Elige el verde profundo o el azul marino, no el rosa. Un sofá o cabecero de terciopelo en verde botella o azul marino la ancla, y un cojín o una manta en ciruela recoge la lavanda. Deja el rosa fuera del mobiliario para que la floración del cuadro siga siendo lo más brillante de la habitación.
