How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿Quedará demasiado navideño cuando pasen las fiestas?

Mucho menos de lo que esperas. Las coronas y los árboles son pequeños frente a toda la terraza, y la mayor parte de la imagen es nieve, cielo gris y fachadas pálidas. En un recibidor se lee como una calle invernal hasta marzo. Mucha gente la deja puesta todo el año en una estancia con luz fría, porque las ventanas iluminadas cumplen la misma función de aportar calidez en octubre que en diciembre.

¿Qué tamaño queda bien sobre una mesa consola en un recibidor?

Que tenga un ancho similar al de la consola o algo menor. Para una consola de unos 90 cm de ancho, un cuadrado de 60 cm a 70 cm queda cómodo con una lámpara al lado. Más pequeño y las luces y el detalle de las ventanas se pierden desde el fondo del pasillo. Deja el ancho de una mano entre la parte superior de la consola y el borde inferior para que la lámpara no lo agobie.

¿El rosa suave chocará con una estancia verde?

La salvia y el rosa suave ya aparecen juntos en la imagen, así que una pared o un sofá verdes juegan a su favor. Un verde botella oscuro hace que la nieve se vea más brillante y el rosa más calmado. El único verde a evitar es un lima o menta muy vivos, que pelean con los tonos apagados. Las paredes crema, grises y blanco roto son la opción más segura.
