How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?
Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the soft pink going to dominate the room?
Less than you'd expect. The pink is warm rather than candy, and the deep greens and dark wine bottle pull a lot of the weight. In practice it reads as a warm, painted piece rather than a pink one — so it sits happily on a white, cream or even pale grey wall without forcing the rest of the room pink.
Will this look right in a kitchen with stainless steel and white units?
It can, but it works harder against very cold, clinical kitchens. If you have any warm element — timber shelving, a butcher block, brass handles, a linen runner — it slots in easily. In an all-stainless, all-white kitchen, expect it to feel like a deliberate splash of warmth rather than a quiet decorative piece.
Is the composition busy enough to need a large size?
Yes. There's a lot going on — bottle, glass, figs, cheese, citrus, two flower arrangements, a patterned tablecloth — so at small sizes the detail gets compressed and muddy. A large or statement size gives each element room and lets the brushwork read properly. Above a sideboard or dining cabinet is the natural home.
