How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?
Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
¿Qué tamaño debo elegir para colocarlo sobre un escritorio o consola?
El tamaño medio suele ser el punto ideal. Una pieza en orientación vertical de unos 50 × 70 cm queda cómoda sobre un escritorio estándar o una consola de pasillo sin dominar. Deja entre 15 y 25 cm de espacio entre la parte superior del mueble y la base del marco, y procura que el centro de la obra quede a la altura de los ojos.
¿El fondo crema se verá amarillo frente a una pared blanca?
El fondo es un blanco roto cálido, por lo que se leerá algo más suave que un blanco puro. Sobre paredes crema, blanco tiza, salvia o neutros cálidos se integra de forma natural. Sobre una pared fría y blanca brillante, un marco marrón oscuro o negro ayuda a definir el borde y evita que el crema parezca lavado.
¿Puedo colgarla junto a otras láminas de Audubon?
Sí — las láminas de Audubon están pensadas para ir juntas. Elige dos o tres de tamaño similar, mantén los marcos iguales y sepáralas de forma uniforme con unos 6 a 8 cm entre marcos. Una fila de tres funciona bien en un pasillo; un conjunto de dos queda bien sobre un escritorio o aparador.
