How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿Los caballos parecerán demasiado infantiles en un salón?

Elige un tamaño grande y mantén un enmarcado sencillo. A mayor tamaño, las marcas del pincel se leen como un estudio pintado a mano y no como un dibujo infantil, y la paleta es apagada, con arcilla y gris azulado suave en lugar de colores primarios. Colgada sobre un sofá o aparador con muebles tranquilos alrededor, encaja cómodamente en una estancia adulta.

Los caballos están recortados en los bordes. ¿Queda raro en la pared?

No, el recorte es lo que le da movimiento. Los cuerpos que salen por los bordes sugieren un rebaño que sigue avanzando más allá del marco, así que la mirada continúa recorriendo la escena. Eso sí, conviene dejar un poco de pared libre a cada lado, en lugar de pegarla a un marco de puerta o a una estantería.

¿Necesita paredes cálidas o también funciona sobre gris?

Ambas opciones sirven. El fondo es un gris azulado suave, así que las paredes gris y greige se sienten como una continuación natural y los cuerpos arcilla aportan calidez. Sobre una pared blanca rota empolvada o crema cálido, los rosas destacan más y el conjunto se ve más suave. Evita paredes amarillas o verdes intensas, que chocan con el rosa.
