Todos tenemos ese rincón: una franja de pared entre la puerta y la escalera, demasiado estrecha para un espejo y demasiado alta para dejarla vacía. Esta lámina es para ese lugar. La línea negra de la farola recorre toda la altura y convierte un hueco olvidado en un gesto intencionado. Sobre un fondo marfil ligeramente empolvado, el negro toma la palabra y un suave rosa permanece en segundo plano. Cuélgala un poco más baja de lo habitual, con el borde inferior a la altura del primer poste del pasamanos; deja que la altura del techo complete la composición. Los percheros, al otro lado. No hace falta nada más. En el rellano de la escalera, la misma regla: una pieza vertical y pared despejada alrededor. Impresa en papel de bellas artes y enmarcada en negro, la línea se mantiene tan nítida como el primer día.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿El lado negro se sentirá pesado en un recibidor pequeño?

Menos de lo que imaginas. Aproximadamente tres cuartas partes de la imagen son blanco roto, así que en una pared blanca cálida la mayor parte se percibe como pared. El negro queda en un borde y funciona como un marco de puerta alto y oscuro más que como una imagen oscura. Cuélgala con el borde negro más cerca de la escalera o de una puerta y el ojo lo acepta como parte de la arquitectura.

¿Qué tamaño debería elegir en un rellano de escalera?

Mejor alto que prudente. En un rellano, quien mira suele estar a dos o tres metros y mirando hacia arriba, así que cualquier cosa por debajo de unos 80 cm de alto pierde el detalle de la farola y se reduce a una franja oscura. Una pieza de 100 cm o más de alto llena bien la pared, y su ancho estrecho aún deja espacio para el pasamanos y el giro de la escalera.

¿De verdad se ve el rosa o parece beige?

Desde el otro lado de la habitación se lee como un tono de papel cálido, cercano al beige. De cerca, con buena luz natural, el rosa empolvado se aprecia en la torre y en la franja del lado izquierdo. Si quieres que el rosa destaque, coloca cerca un cojín de lino rosa empolvado o una manta rosa pálido y el ojo lo encontrará. Contra una pared gris fría se verá más cálido y más claramente rosa.
