How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?
Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
¿Se verá demasiado vacío en una pared grande?
Puede, si exageras con el tamaño. Las figuras son pequeñas y el fondo está mayormente vacío, así que un tamaño mediano mantiene las proporciones correctas. Si tienes una pared grande, cuélgala más baja sobre una consola o cómoda en lugar de dejarla flotando en el centro de una superficie alta — necesita algo a lo que anclarse.
El fondo parece muy pálido — ¿se perderá contra paredes blanco roto?
En una pared blanca pura la lámina se sostiene porque el fondo se lee como un crema cálido y suave frente a ella. En una pared crema o magnolia puede fundirse; en ese caso un marco fino de roble o negro le da el filo que necesita. Vale la pena comprobar el color de la pared con el blanco roto suave antes de decidir el marco.
¿Las figuras son detalladas de cerca o se mantienen sueltas?
Se mantienen sueltas. Cada figura está construida con finas franjas de acuarela en marrón cálido, mostaza, gris y carbón — reconocibles como personas, pero no como retratos. No hay caras ni rasgos identificables. Eso contribuye a que la pieza se lea como tranquila y no recargada cuando te acercas.
