How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿El rosa chocará con el color de mi pasillo?

Depende de lo que ya haya en la pared. Sobre blanco, crema, gris claro o verde suave, el rosa intenso se ve intencional y anima todo el pasillo. Sobre rojo cálido, coral o naranja compite, y ambos colores pierden. Si tu pasillo tiene un color cálido fuerte, cuélgalo mejor en un dormitorio infantil con paredes crema.

¿Qué altura debería tener para una pared de escalera?

En una pared de escalera estándar, un tamaño mediano se ve bien desde el pasillo de abajo y deja aire a ambos lados. Para un hueco de escalera de doble altura, mejor grande, porque la figura tiene que imponerse desde la planta baja. Cuélgalo de forma que la cabeza del perro quede más o menos a la altura de tus ojos cuando llegues al rellano.

¿Es adecuado para un dormitorio infantil?

Sí, y suele gustar mucho allí. Las formas planas y el cuello largo se leen como un personaje simpático más que como la imagen de una raza concreta, así que encaja tanto en una habitación de peques como de niños de diez años. Combínalo con ropa de cama crema y una manta verde o mostaza, y evita textiles rosas para que la imagen siga siendo lo más llamativo de la habitación.
