How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
¿El dorado cálido del granito va a parecer demasiado anaranjado en una habitación de tonos fríos?
El dorado es cálido pero suave, no anaranjado, y contrasta con un cielo azul suave y pinos de verde intenso. En una habitación de tonos fríos hará de acento cálido más que de choque de color, especialmente si lo enmarcas en negro. Si tus paredes tiran a gris-azulado frío, cuélgala cerca de una pieza de madera cálida o una pantalla de lino para compensar.
¿Se verá demasiado oscuro en una pared sombreada?
La mitad inferior de la imagen está bastante en sombra, así que una pared orientada al norte o poco iluminada puede aplastarla. Una lámpara para cuadros pequeña o una lámpara de mesa cercana hace que el granito y el prado cobren relieve. En una pared blanco roto cálida con luz lateral de una ventana, se mantiene bien sin iluminación extra.
¿Funciona la forma vertical encima de un sofá ancho?
Sí, pero importa la escala. Una gran lámina vertical sobre un sofá ancho se lee como un único ancla en vez de ocupar toda la anchura, que suele ser la opción más serena. Si quieres más presencia, colócala flanqueada por dos plantas altas o apliques de pared en lugar de añadir más obras, así la montaña conserva el protagonismo.
