How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿La tipografía hará que parezca más un póster que un cuadro?

En un tamaño pequeño, sí, se lee como una reproducción de póster. Impresa grande, la tipografía pasa a formar parte del borde y la figura cobra protagonismo. En un pasillo por el que pasas de cerca, el texto suma al aire de época, como lo haría un antiguo cartel de teatro. Si quieres que la estancia se lea primero como arte, elige la mayor altura que permita tu pared y enmárcala.

¿Qué altura debería elegir para un rellano de escalera?

Mide desde el zócalo hasta el techo y toma aproximadamente dos tercios de esa medida. En un rellano típico eso te sitúa entre 90 cm y 120 cm de alto. La figura necesita esa altura para sostener la pared desde la base de la escalera, y el campo lila necesita espacio para leerse como color y no como una mancha. Cuélgala con el centro a la altura de los ojos que tengas cuando estés en el giro, no al nivel del suelo de abajo.

¿El lila funciona en un pasillo gris?

Depende del gris. Los grises cálidos con un toque rosa o marrón combinan muy bien con el púrpura apagado y el fondo crema se mantiene suave. Los grises fríos azulados hacen que la crema parezca amarilla y el lila se vuelva apagado. Si tu pasillo es de un gris frío, cálida la pared a su alrededor con un remate de latón o una barandilla de madera y el equilibrio vuelve.
