How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿El amarillo chocará con una cocina de roble?

No si el roble es claro o de tono medio. El mostaza de la maceta se acerca al calor del roble natural, así que ambos se leen como parientes y no como rivales. El cobalto hace entonces el contraste frente a la madera. El roble muy anaranjado o con barniz intenso es más difícil, porque el amarillo empieza a parecer marrón junto a él. En ese caso, cuélgala en una pared blanca o gris lejos de los muebles.

¿Qué tamaño funciona en una pared de comedor?

Mejor grande. En torno a 60 por 80 cm, la maceta queda casi del tamaño de una real sobre el aparador de abajo, y las hojas estampadas se leen como tela y no como una mancha. Por debajo de 40 cm de ancho, el patrón se vuelve textura y la imagen pierde su sentido. Deja al menos 15 cm de pared libre a cada lado para que el azul tenga un borde contra el que detenerse.

¿Queda bien en paredes grises?

El gris es su mejor fondo. Una pared gris media recoge los tonos pizarra de alrededor de la ventana y empuja hacia delante el cobalto y el mostaza, así la habitación gana color sin necesidad de pintura. Un gris antracita muy oscuro también funciona, pero el azul pierde algo de profundidad sobre él. El gris claro frío con un toque azulado es el que conviene evitar, porque aplana el cobalto contra la pared.
