How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿El collar rojo limita los colores que puedo usar alrededor?
No mucho. Solo hay una fina franja de rojo cálido, así que funciona como acento más que como un color que tengas que combinar. Queda bien con paredes crema, marrón cálido, oliva y gris. Si quieres que se vea intencionado, repite el rojo una vez en la estancia, por ejemplo en un cojín, el lomo de un libro o una pieza de cerámica.

¿Quedará raro si no tengo un Boston terrier?
No. Las formas planas y el fondo blanquecino hacen que se lea antes como un retrato gráfico que como una raza concreta. Muchos compradores lo eligen por el contraste fuerte entre negro y crema y por la expresión un poco irónica. ¿Qué tamaño funciona para un hueco cuadrado encima de una cómoda?
Un cuadrado mediano, de unos 40-60 cm, se impone por sí solo encima de la mayoría de cómodas y aparadores sin agobiar lámparas ni jarrones. Deja unos 15-20 cm entre la parte superior del mueble y el borde inferior. En una pared más ancha, mejor subir de tamaño que añadir piezas más pequeñas al lado, porque el retrato gana más en solitario.
