How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

¿Se verá bien el perro negro sobre una pared crema o blanco roto?

Sí, y es donde mejor queda. El fondo de la lámina es un crema cálido, así que sobre una pared clara los bordes se funden ligeramente mientras la silueta negra sigue nítida y se lee bien desde el otro lado de la estancia. Si tu pared es muy oscura, añade un marco en un tono más claro o cuélgala donde le dé luz lateral.

¿El collar rojo limita lo demás que puedo tener en la habitación?

No demasiado. El rojo es pequeño y apagado, más bien un óxido que un rojo vivo de buzón, así que funciona como acento más que como esquema de color. Queda muy bien con salvia, oliva, crema y madera clara. Si quieres integrarlo, repite el rojo en algo pequeño: un paño de cocina, el ribete de un cojín o una jarra.

¿La forma cuadrada queda rara sobre un sofá o una cómoda?

Un único cuadrado funciona si eliges un tamaño más grande de lo que te parecería natural, de modo que el ancho cubra aproximadamente dos tercios del mueble de debajo. Sobre una cómoda larga o un sofá, mejor subir de tamaño o colgarlo en pareja con otra pieza cuadrada, dejando unos 5-8 cm entre ambas. En un recibidor, un solo cuadrado mediano suele ser suficiente.
