How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

¿El fondo oscuro quedará demasiado pesado en un dormitorio pequeño?

No si la pared de detrás es cálida o de tono medio. Las zonas de sombra se leen como profundidad, no como un bloque negro, y la flor clara mantiene la mirada en movimiento. Evita colgarlo en una pared blanca inmaculada con luz fría de techo: eso es lo que hace que el arte oscuro parezca un agujero.

¿El pájaro es el protagonista, o la flor?

Ambos comparten el peso. El pájaro cantor queda ligeramente a la izquierda del centro, con el pico abierto, y la flor de cerezo cae hacia abajo y a la derecha. La composición se lee como una sola escena tranquila, no como un retrato independiente de cada motivo, así que encaja en paredes donde buscas ambiente más que un único motivo heroico.

¿Funciona junto a arte colorido, o necesita ir solo?

Funciona mejor como pieza única o junto a otras obras pictóricas, suavemente iluminadas. Las láminas modernas y brillantes chocan con ella. Los botánicos discretos, los pequeños estudios de estilo antiguo u otra pieza de naturaleza oscura conviven muy bien sin romper el ambiente.
