Beaucoup de salons frôlent l’assoupissement : canapé gris, tapis beige, murs couleur porridge. Ce qui manque, c’est un peu d’audace. Accrochée au-dessus du canapé, cette affiche change le ton. Le vert vif fait l’essentiel du travail, ce vert qu’un nuancier qualifierait de courageux avant de vous en dissuader. Associez-le à un cuir noir en dessous, ou à un fauteuil en velours moutarde à côté, et soudain le mobilier paraît choisi avec intention. Osez grand. À un mètre de large, les deux silhouettes se lisent comme un mouvement plutôt qu’une simple décoration, et tout le mur s’imprègne de leur énergie. Laissez le reste du mur nu. Un vert aussi vivant n’a besoin d’aucun renfort. Imprimée sur papier beaux-arts premium, la couleur reste mate et uniforme, exactement comme il faut.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Le vert risque-t-il de jurer avec un canapé gris ?

Non, le gris est son meilleur allié. Un canapé gris moyen ou anthracite offre au vert un fond calme, et le noir de l’affiche fait écho aux gris plus foncés. À éviter absolument : un canapé vert ou bleu canard, qui entrerait en concurrence avec l’affiche. Les gris chauds fonctionnent mieux que les gris bleutés, car les lettres jaunes réchauffent l’ensemble du mur.

Quelle taille choisir au-dessus d’un canapé ?

Visez environ les deux tiers à trois quarts de la largeur du canapé. Pour un canapé trois places standard, cela correspond à peu près à 120 à 140 cm de large. Plus petit, les silhouettes paraissent minuscules et le vert devient un simple rectangle coloré plutôt qu’une ambiance. Si votre plafond est bas, la largeur compte ici plus que la hauteur, car le format est deux fois plus large que haut.

Est-ce trop vivant pour une chambre ?

Cela dépend de ce que vous recherchez dans la chambre. Au-dessus d’une tête de lit, cela fonctionne comme une énergie de réveil plutôt qu’un appel au sommeil, et convient à une pièce utilisée autant pour lire et se préparer que pour dormir. Associez-la à du linge de lit blanc uni et à un lit noir ou en chêne. Si vous voulez une ambiance plus propice à l’endormissement, choisissez une pièce plus douce et gardez celle-ci pour le salon.
