How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Où une pièce haute comme celle-ci fonctionne-t-elle le mieux ?
Sa forme longue et étroite convient aux murs que des œuvres plus larges ne peuvent pas remplir : un couloir, un palier d'escalier, l'espace entre deux fenêtres ou à côté d'une porte. Dans un salon, elle fonctionne aussi sur une niche de cheminée. Accrochez-la avec le visage du singe à hauteur des yeux, afin que les détails restent faciles à voir en passant.

Quelles sont ses couleurs et avec quoi ira-t-elle ?
Le fond est un jaune moutarde chaleureux, avec des verts olive et feuillage, un brun chocolat foncé, de la crème et de petites touches de rose. Elle s'accorde volontiers avec des murs vert profond, ocre ou terre cuite, un plâtre blanc chaud, du rotin, du noyer et du laiton. Elle se marie moins bien avec des ambiances gris froid ou un minimalisme blanc très austère.

Peut-elle être accrochée avec d'autres pièces ?
Oui. Elle fonctionne comme la pièce la plus haute d'un petit ensemble de deux ou trois, avec des affiches botaniques ou animales plus petites dans des tons similaires d'olive et de moutarde de chaque côté. Comme le feuillage et la bordure rayée sont chargés, laissez-lui un peu d'espace et gardez les pièces voisines plus calmes dans le motif.
