How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Le bleu est-il aussi vif dans une pièce qu’à l’écran ?
Il se lit comme un bleu franc et net plutôt que comme un bleu adouci. Dans une pièce lumineuse, il reste dynamique ; dans une pièce plus sombre orientée nord, il devient un peu plus profond et plus calme. Dans tous les cas, c’est la couleur la plus présente sur le mur, donc gardez le mur autour simple et laissez-le donner le ton.

Aura-t-elle un aspect étrange si ma pièce n’a pas d’autre bleu ?
Non. Elle fonctionne comme une touche de couleur unique sur des murs crème, blancs ou gris et avec du mobilier en bois chaud. Vous n’avez pas besoin de coussins assortis. Si vous voulez que l’ensemble paraisse volontaire, reprenez plutôt les petites touches orange et jaune-vert dans un pied de lampe, des dos de livres ou un vase.

La forme carrée a-t-elle besoin d’être accompagnée sur le mur ?
Elle tient très bien un mur à elle seule, surtout centrée au-dessus d’un canapé, d’un buffet ou d’un lit. Choisissez un format assez grand pour que la voile reste lisible de loin. Si vous voulez une paire, utilisez un second carré de taille similaire plutôt que de multiplier les petits cadres.
