How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Les tons or chaud vont-ils jurer avec une cuisine grise ?
Oui, si le gris est froid et tirant vers le bleu. L’or et les bruns chauds ici paraîtront un peu orangés à côté. Cela fonctionne bien mieux avec un blanc cassé, du crème, du mastic, un olive doux ou un gris moyen chaud. Si vos meubles sont gris froid, ajoutez ailleurs sur le mur du bois ou du laiton pour que cette chaleur ait un écho.

Y a-t-il assez de détails pour l’accrocher près du regard ?
Oui. Les bols de pâtes, les citrons, le pain et les verres gagnent à être vus de près, donc il convient à un couloir, un coin petit-déjeuner ou un mur que vous croisez tous les jours. De plus loin, il se lit comme un bloc de couleur doré et chaleureux, ce qui explique pourquoi les grands formats fonctionnent aussi au-dessus d’un buffet.

La forme carrée limite-t-elle les endroits où je peux l’accrocher ?
Au contraire, elle aide. Un carré se place très bien entre des meubles hauts de cuisine, au-dessus d’une petite console ou centré au-dessus d’une table pour deux. Pour des murs plus larges, faites-en le centre d’un petit ensemble ou associez-le à un second carré de même format en laissant un espace régulier entre les deux.
