La table rassemble miettes de toast, journaux du samedi et petits objets du quotidien ; ce noir profond au-dessus transforme ce désordre en véritable scène, plutôt qu’en corvée. Son noir dense tient tête à une crédence en carrelage blanc comme à un mur blanc cassé. Le crème s’accorde à la plupart des services, vous laissant vos étagères telles quelles. Accrochez-la bas : le bord inférieur à une main au-dessus du dossier de la chaise, assez près pour apprécier les légères griffures de la texture pendant le repas. Un seul élément sur la table en dessous — un pichet sombre ou un bol de fruits — suffit à parfaire l’ensemble. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Tout ce noir ne risque-t-il pas de paraître lourd dans une petite cuisine ?

Moins que vous ne le pensez. Environ la moitié du tableau est d’un crème chaud, donc le noir se lit comme un motif plutôt que comme un bloc sombre. Dans une petite cuisine, choisissez un format moyen et accrochez-le sur un mur blanc ou blanc cassé, où le crème se fond presque dans la peinture et où seules les formes noires restent visibles. Évitez un mur sombre derrière, qui refermerait l’espace.

Quelle taille convient au-dessus d’une table de cuisine ?

Visez environ la moitié à deux tiers de la largeur de la table. Pour une table standard à quatre places, cela correspond à un format moyen, autour de 50 à 60 cm de côté. Accrochez-le de façon à ce que le bord inférieur soit à une main au-dessus des dossiers de chaises. Ne voyez plus grand que si la table est contre un long mur vide, sinon le noir commencera à dominer le repas.

Est-ce que cela s’accordera avec des carreaux à motifs derrière ?

Oui, en général. Le damier du tableau est déjà un motif, et un second motif derrière rend le mur difficile à lire. Accrochez-le plutôt sur une section de mur peinte unie, même si cela veut dire l’éloigner d’un mètre de la crédence. Les carreaux métro blancs unis sont l’exception, car leurs lignes de grille s’alignent avec les carrés au lieu de leur faire concurrence.
