How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Aura-t-il l’air déplacé après Noël ?
Beaucoup moins que vous ne le pensez. Les crackers et les bougies le situent en décembre, mais le gâteau, les fruits et le vin restent lisibles comme image de nourriture et de boissons le reste de l’année. Dans une salle à manger ou une cuisine, il a la même aisance qu’une affiche vintage d’épicier. Laissez-le en place jusqu’au printemps et la plupart des invités y voient une table dressée, pas une décoration de fête.

Quelle taille fonctionne au-dessus d’un buffet ?
Visez un carré couvrant environ la moitié à deux tiers de la largeur du buffet. Sur un buffet de 120 cm, cela signifie environ 60 à 70 cm de côté. En dessous de 50 cm, les assiettes et les fruits se transforment en motif à distance, ce qui fait perdre l’effet recherché. Suspendez le bord inférieur à environ 20 cm au-dessus du dessus du buffet pour que les chandeliers ne le masquent pas.

Quelle couleur de mur le met le mieux en valeur ?
Le vert profond reprend le fond et donne l’impression d’une fenêtre ouverte sur la même pièce, ce qui est l’option la plus chaleureuse. Le rose plâtre rappelle la nappe et allège l’ensemble. Un blanc cassé fonctionne aussi, mais choisissez-le crayeux plutôt que blanc éclatant, qui rendrait le rose plus froid qu’il ne l’est. Évitez le gris, qui enlève de la chaleur.
