    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Est-ce que cela ressemblera à une feuille blanche accrochée au mur ?

    Non — les marques de lignes usées forment une croix douce qu'on distingue clairement une fois l'affiche accrochée et que la lumière du jour l'effleure. Le contraste est très faible volontairement, elle se comporte davantage comme une texture que comme une image. Si vous voulez quelque chose de graphique ou à fort contraste, ce n'est pas la pièce — mais sur un mur mat elle tient sa place discrètement.

    Est-ce que cela fonctionne sur un mur blanc éclatant ?

    Elle est plus heureuse sur un blanc cassé chaud, crème ou un mur en plâtre doux. Sur un blanc froid et éclatant, les tons crème peuvent paraître légèrement sales plutôt que doux. Si vos murs sont d'un blanc pur et très brillant, choisissez quelque chose avec plus de contraste — ou repeignez d'abord en une nuance neutre plus chaude.

    Quelle taille convient le mieux au-dessus d'un lit ou d'une console ?

    Un carré moyen est l'idéal. Il remplit l'espace au-dessus d'une tête de lit basse ou d'une console sans le surcharger, et maintient la lisibilité des marques depuis l'autre côté de la pièce. Trop petit et les lignes pâles disparaissent; trop grand et la discrétion commence à donner une impression de vide plutôt que de calme.
