Entre Bridget Riley et le modernisme des années 50, cette abstraction a du tempérament. Immobile à première vue, elle s’anime quand on passe devant : la surface ondule, comme un léger frisson. Dans une pièce épurée, elle apporte de la matière sans encombrer, et son jaune moutarde réchauffe les murs crème ou gris qui paraissent trop sages. Accrochez-la à hauteur des yeux sur un pan de mur dégagé, au-dessus d’un meuble bas, ou dans un couloir où l’on passe de près pour saisir l’effet. Elle s’accorde parfaitement avec le bois clair, le cannage, le bouclé crème et une vaisselle en grès simple. Évitez les papiers peints chargés et les autres graphismes forts : cette pièce a besoin d’espace pour respirer. How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Les fines lignes resteront-elles bien lisibles dans un format plus petit ?
Oui, dans une certaine mesure. En petit format, les lignes commencent à se fondre et à former un champ jaune chaud assez uniforme vu de loin, ce que certaines personnes aiment. Si vous voulez que l’effet de vague reste bien visible, choisissez un format moyen ou plus grand et suspendez-le là où l’on passe à quelques mètres.
Le jaune est-il vif ou plutôt doux ?
Il est plutôt du côté feutré — un moutarde chaud plutôt qu’un citron vif ou un doré. Sur le fond crème, il évoque une douce lueur plutôt qu’un bloc de couleur franc, ce qui réchauffe les murs blanc cassé et gris sans crier ni entrer en conflit avec d’autres tons chauds de la pièce.
Le format carré fonctionne-t-il au-dessus d’un canapé ?
Oui, s’il est petit ou si vous l’accrochez légèrement décentré, à côté d’un lampadaire ou d’une plante. Au-dessus d’un grand canapé trois places, un seul carré peut sembler perdu ; mieux vaut alors choisir un grand format ou l’associer à un second carré de même taille, espacés régulièrement.
