    Les couloirs s’assombrissent tôt en hiver. À quatre heures, un palier exposé au nord plonge dans l’ombre et bien des œuvres s’y perdent. Le bordeaux fait l’inverse. Sous une ampoule chaude, la profondeur du rouge reste intense et le fond crème conserve sa clarté : le mur paraît lumineux même quand la cage d’escalier renonce à l’être. Accrochez cette affiche à mi-palier, à hauteur des yeux pour ceux qui montent. Sur un enduit blanc, le contraste est net. Sur un mur mastic ou sauge, l’ensemble s’adoucit et semble avoir toujours été là. Gardez les boiseries sobres — une rampe peinte ou un poteau en chêne brut — et laissez les bois du cerf être l’unique ornement de la volée.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Le rouge va-t-il jurer avec mes décorations de Noël ?
    Il s’accorde avec elles. Le bordeaux est un rouge vin profond plutôt qu’un rouge vif type boîte aux lettres, donc il se lit comme l’extrémité discrète d’une déco de Noël, plus proche d’un ruban de velours que de la guirlande. Gardez les boules et le ruban à proximité dans le même rouge profond ou en vert forêt et le mur paraîtra pensé. Un scarlet éclatant juste à côté le fera paraître terne par comparaison.

    Quelle taille choisir pour un mur d’escalier ?
    Voyez plus grand que ce qui vous semble prudent. Sur un demi-palier, on le regarde à deux ou trois mètres du bas de l’escalier, et une petite version devient une tache sombre. Autour de 50 cm de large et 100 cm de haut, cela remplit le mur habituel d’un palier et garde les pointes des bois lisibles depuis le couloir. Sur une étroite bande entre deux portes, un format moyen suffit, car on le voit de près.

    Est-ce trop style lodge de chasse pour un appartement moderne ?
    C’est la forme plate qui le sauve. Il n’y a ni fourrure, ni œil en verre, ni trophée, donc sur un mur blanc ou gris uni, il paraît graphique plutôt que rustique. Associez-le à du métal noir, du bois clair et un textile simple, et il trouve sa place dans un appartement citadin. Ajoutez du tartan, du chêne foncé et un poêle à bois, et la même image oriente la pièce vers un chalet.
