    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Est-ce que cela ne sera pas trop sombre sur un mur clair ?

    Non — le contraste fait partie de l’attrait. Sur un mur blanc cassé ou un enduit clair, le fond brun-vert profond se lit comme un bloc solide et apaisant, et les grues crème ainsi que la lune dorée ressortent immédiatement. Si votre mur est déjà foncé, choisissez un format plus grand pour que l’image respire et que les oiseaux clairs restent bien lisibles de l’autre côté de la pièce.

    La forme carrée limite-t-elle les endroits où je peux l’accrocher ?

    Pas vraiment. Les formats carrés sont pratiques au-dessus de meubles bas et larges — un buffet, un banc, une commode — car ils remplissent la hauteur sans étirer la composition en largeur. Ils conviennent aussi aux murs de cheminée et aux petites portions de mur entre deux portes. Laissez environ 15 à 20 cm de mur libre de chaque côté pour que le format paraisse intentionnel plutôt que coincé.

    Quelles couleurs dans la pièce feront ressortir l’or ?

    Les matières chaudes font tout le travail. Le cuir tan ou patiné, le bois brun profond, la céramique brute, le lin écru ou argile, et les textiles moutarde ou rouille reprennent la lune dorée et les oiseaux crème. Évitez de l’associer uniquement à du gris froid et du chrome — l’or peut paraître terne à côté de gris bleutés sans aucune chaleur autour.
