Une affiche délicate et graphique pour sublimer la cuisine. Son format carré se glisse parfaitement dans les espaces étroits — entre un caisson et une porte — sans alourdir le passage. Le trait noir, franc et élégant, dialogue avec les carreaux blancs, le joint gris et l’animation d’une pièce où l’on vit. Le fond crème se fond avec la plupart des peintures de cuisine, donnant l’illusion d’un croquis directement posé sur le mur plutôt qu’un objet ajouté. Accrochez-la à hauteur des yeux pour une personne debout, l’endroit où l’on ne s’assoit jamais mais que l’on voit tout le temps. Une coupe de glace suffit à apporter une touche d’humour discret au petit-déjeuner du mardi. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Le fond crème jure-t-il avec un mur de cuisine blanc pur ?

Non, mais il se verra. Sur un blanc éclatant, le fond crème apparaît comme un carré chaleureux, ce qui adoucit souvent une cuisine un peu clinique. Sur un blanc cassé, de la pierre ou une peinture greige claire, le fond se fond presque complètement et la ligne noire semble dessinée directement sur le mur. Les deux fonctionnent. Choisissez une peinture blanche si vous voulez que le carré se lise comme un objet, une teinte plus chaude si vous voulez que seul le dessin ressorte.

Quelle taille fonctionne près d’une table de petit-déjeuner ?

Gardez-la petite. Entre 30 et 40 cm de côté, elle se place confortablement près d’une table pour deux ou quatre personnes et reste lisible depuis une chaise sans crier à travers la pièce. Ne voyez plus grand que si le mur est large et nu, car l’objet unique sur un fond vide commence à sembler perdu au-delà de 50 cm. Sur un petit mur en bout de pièce, 30 cm avec une largeur de main de mur dégagé de chaque côté, c’est idéal.

Est-ce que ça marche dans une salle à manger plutôt que dans une cuisine ?

Oui, tant que la pièce n’est pas trop formelle. L’esquisse a l’allure d’une carte de bistrot, donc elle s’accorde mieux avec une salle à manger dotée d’une table en chêne, de chaises en bois cintré et de murs simples qu’avec une pièce à lustre et rideaux lourds. Accrochez-la légèrement décentrée, vers la porte ou l’ouverture de service, plutôt qu’en plein centre au-dessus d’un buffet où une pièce plus imposante serait habituellement placée.
