Vous n'avez pas besoin de plus de déco. Il vous faut une grue qui a du mordant. Une grue en vol, inspirée des paravents japonais, au-dessus de vagues ondulantes, posée sur un fond doré chaleureux — une image forte, sans rien lui faire concurrence. Accrochez-la et la pièce ralentit. Le doré réchauffe le mur, les extrémités noires des ailes offrent un point focal net, et le petit point rouge sur la tête de la grue fait écho à tout accent chaud déjà présent dans la pièce. Elle demande un mur calme — au-dessus d'un bas buffet, d'un canapé ou d'un lit — avec assez d'espace autour pour que la composition respire. Accrochez-la en solo. Elle n'aime pas partager. Associez-la à du chêne ou du noyer, au métal noir, à des assises en lin et à du grès aux tons sourds. Un abat-jour en papier tout près suffit. Ne l'encombrez pas de motifs marqués ni d'un mur de cadres chargé — cette pièce est la galerie. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Le fond doré paraît-il clinquant ou raffiné ?

Raffiné. C'est un or doux, légèrement patiné avec des variations gris et brun, pas métallique plat. À la lumière du jour il ressemble à un parchemin chaud ; sous lampe il s'échauffe encore. Il ne brille pas ni ne scintille — il s'apparente à un lavis texturé, d'où sa compatibilité avec les intérieurs modernes comme traditionnels.

Les détails des vagues en bas seront-ils perdus si l'œuvre est accrochée au-dessus d'un meuble ?

Accrochez-la de façon que le bord inférieur soit au moins à 20 cm au-dessus du dossier du canapé ou du dessus du buffet — les vagues sont sombres et détaillées et ont besoin d'un peu d'air pour être lisibles. Au-dessus d'un meuble bas ou sur un mur haut et vide, la composition reste visible depuis l'autre côté de la pièce.

Le rouge sur la tête de la grue est-il discret ou fortement présent ?

Discret mais percutant. C'est un petit point rouge profond sur fond doré et blanc, il attire l'œil sans dominer. Si votre pièce a déjà un accent rouge ou terre cuite — un coussin, un bord de tapis, une céramique — l'œuvre se coordonne bien. Sur un mur entièrement neutre elle devient le seul point de chaleur.
