    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    La couleur est-elle aussi vive en vrai qu’à l’écran ?
    C’est une pièce vraiment lumineuse — le ciel bleu et la floraison rose portent l’essentiel de l’énergie. Sur papier, les tons paraissent légèrement plus doux et plus chauds que sur un écran rétroéclairé, avec les toits en terre cuite et les pierres dorées qui ressortent. Si vous souhaitez atténuer la couleur, accrochez-la sur un mur blanc chaud plutôt que sur un gris froid.

    Les détails de la ville resteront-ils visibles dans un plus petit format ?
    Oui, mais donnez-lui un peu d’espace. Les pavillons d’entrée, la flèche et le mur en mosaïque restent bien lisibles, mais les rangées de toits et les bateaux à l’horizon commencent à se fondre en dessous d’environ 40 cm de côté. Si vous comblez un petit espace et voulez conserver les détails, prenez une taille au-dessus. En format moyen, elle reste claire à quelques mètres de distance.

    Puis-je l’accrocher dans une pièce déjà très chargée en motifs ?
    Oui, mais laissez-lui de l’air. Le mur en mosaïque le long du bas est déjà un motif, donc il entre en concurrence avec un papier peint à motifs ou un tapis très chargé placé juste en dessous. Un mur uni et une ou deux coussins ou céramiques d’une couleur pleine suffisent le mieux pour la faire cohabiter confortablement.
