Accrochez-la près de la salle à manger et l’ambiance rappelle un bon bistrot, avant même l’arrivée des convives. L’encre est d’un noir profond. Sur des carreaux métro blancs ou un plan de travail en marbre, le contraste reste net, tandis que le fond crème adoucit l’ensemble sous une lumière du soir. En décembre, elle donne le meilleur d’elle-même, la table dressée, les citrons prêts, les fenêtres déjà sombres à 16 h. L’été venu, elle reste en place — et tout le monde s’en réjouit.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Le noir et blanc peut-il paraître froid dans ma cuisine ?

    Pas avec celle-ci. Le fond est crème plutôt que blanc pur, donc sous des ampoules chaudes, elle évoque davantage un vieux papier qu’une photocopie. Le noir est dense et mat, ce qui fonctionne très bien avec du carrelage blanc, du marbre ou une table en bois peint. Gardez une couleur de mur claire ou vert profond, et le dessin réchauffe le coin au lieu de le refroidir.

    Quelle taille dois-je accrocher près d’une table à manger ?

    Pour une table de quatre à six personnes, optez pour un format moyen, autour de 50 à 70 cm de côté, accroché de façon à ce que le centre se situe un peu au-dessus de la tête des invités assis. Sur un mur de salle à manger nu, sans autre décoration, un grand format fonctionne mieux et l’assiette se lit depuis l’encadrement de la porte. En dessous de 40 cm, les détails des coquilles se perdent au fond de la table.

    Est-ce que cela fonctionne ailleurs que dans une cuisine ?

    Une salle à manger est sa deuxième maison naturelle, et le mur d’un petit restaurant ou d’un café lui convient aussi très bien. Un bar à la maison ou une buanderie avec étagères ouvertes fonctionnent également. Les chambres et les salons sont plus difficiles, car des fruits de mer dans une assiette aiment être là où la nourriture a sa place.
