    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Le bleu marine ne risque-t-il pas d’être trop lourd dans une petite salle de bain ?
    Pas à ce format. Plus de la moitié de l’image est crème, donc le mur reste lumineux et seule la forme est sombre. Dans une petite pièce avec du carrelage blanc, le bleu marine aide même, car il offre au regard un point d’ancrage plutôt qu’une grille de joints. Laissez le reste du mur vide et l’ensemble paraîtra calme plutôt que lourd.

    Quelle largeur dois-je choisir pour au-dessus d’un lit double ?
    Visez la largeur de la tête de lit ou un peu moins, soit pour un lit double standard au Royaume-Uni environ 100 à 120 cm de large. Les tentacules parcourent toute la longueur de l’image, donc à cette taille elles s’étendent presque d’un bord à l’autre du lit et toute la paroi paraît aboutie. En dessous de 80 cm, cela commence à ressembler à une bande.

    Convient-elle à une chambre d’enfant ou est-elle trop adulte ?
    Elle fonctionne très bien dans les deux cas. La forme est douce et les yeux sont de simples points, donc il n’y a rien d’inquiétant pour un enfant, et la palette à deux couleurs évite tout conflit avec les jouets ou le linge de lit. Accrochez-la au-dessus d’un lit bas ou d’un bureau à hauteur d’enfant. Dans une chambre d’adulte, la même sobriété paraît côtière et soignée.
