    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Les tons bruns paraîtront-ils ternes sur un mur magnolia ou beige ?

    Sur un mur magnolia, l’image et le mur sont trop proches en couleur, et l’eau beige se fond dans la peinture. Il lui faut un mur soit bien plus sombre, soit bien plus net. Le vert profond, le bleu marine ou un blanc cassé crayeux donnent tous au sépia quelque chose contre quoi se détacher. Si le mur doit rester beige, un cadre noir dessine le contour et évite que l’ensemble ne se dissolve.

    Quelle largeur choisir au-dessus d’un lit king size ?

    Un lit king size mesure environ 150 cm de large, et une pièce de ce format doit couvrir à peu près les deux tiers de cette largeur, donc visez 100 à 120 cm. Accrochez-la de façon à ce que le bord inférieur soit à 15 à 20 cm au-dessus de la tête de lit. En dessous de 80 cm, les collines lointaines perdent leur profondeur, et la pièce commence à ressembler à une carte postale sur un grand mur.

    Une vallée sépia fonctionne-t-elle dans un appartement moderne avec du gris et du blanc ?

    Oui, mais c’est le cadre qui fait le travail. En brun, elle donne l’impression d’être venue d’une autre maison. En noir, le contour paraît intentionnel, et le brun chaud devient la seule note douce dans une pièce froide. Gardez-la au-dessus du canapé sur le plus grand mur, sans rien accrocher à proximité, et laissez un canapé gris et un tapis en laine porter le reste.
