    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Le bleu est-il aussi vif en vrai que sur l'écran ?
    Oui, il s'agit d'un bleu vraiment vif et saturé plutôt que d'une mer délavée. C'est l'élément le plus voyant de l'image et il se repère facilement à distance. Sur des murs blanc cassé ou gris pâle il paraît frais et net. Face à des couleurs chaudes soutenues il paraîtra encore plus audacieux.

    Aura-t-il un air déplacé dans une maison loin de la côte ?
    Pas du tout. Les formes sont simples et graphiques, donc on lit d'abord la couleur et la composition, la scène de voile vient ensuite. Il fonctionne aussi bien dans un couloir d'appartement citadin ou un salon épuré que dans un cottage en bord de mer. Gardez le mobilier proche simple et il ne paraîtra jamais trop thématique.

    Le format carré fonctionne-t-il au-dessus d'un canapé ou d'un buffet ?
    Oui, à condition de choisir un grand format. Le carré se place idéalement centré au-dessus d'un meuble bas avec du mur libre de chaque côté. Au-dessus d'un grand canapé, optez pour la plus grande taille possible pour qu'il n'ait pas l'air petit et perdu, et laissez environ la largeur d'une main entre le haut du dossier et le bas de l'affiche.
