    À propos de cette œuvre

What it adds isn't clutter. It's circular tension in the right places. One dark ring, one warm cream ground, and enough hand in the brushwork to keep it human. It gives a quiet room a single point to settle on without shouting for attention. Best above a low console, a writing desk or a plain bed, where nothing else on the wall competes with it. Pair it with pale oak, dark walnut, linen, stoneware and chalky plaster walls. Skip busy patterned wallpaper, mixed-metal gallery walls and anything with strong colour nearby. As a canvas the mark reads softer, with a matte, painterly finish.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will one circle look too empty on a big wall?

It won't feel empty if you give it room. This piece is designed to hold a wall on its own — the cream ground is part of the composition. Go up a size on larger walls, keep the surrounding space clear, and centre it over one piece of furniture rather than floating it in the middle of the wall.

Is the circle actually black or more of a dark brown?

It reads as a deep near-black with warm brown showing through in the thinner brushed areas, especially on the lower right where the mark catches a lighter halo. Against a cream wall it looks fully black; against a very dark wall you'd notice the warmth in it more.

Does it work with warm woods, or only with cool minimal rooms?

It works with both. The ground is a warm off-white rather than a cool grey, so it sits comfortably next to pale oak, walnut and linen. If your room leans warm and earthy, this reads as organic and grounded rather than clinical.
