    Oubliez l’instinct qui le verrait en petit format près de la bouilloire. En 70 cm de côté (ou plus), le jaune moutarde n’est plus un simple fond : il devient la source de chaleur de la pièce, idéal dans une cuisine aux meubles gris et au carrelage blanc. Le bleu se lit dès l’entrée, et les enfants l’aperçoivent depuis le sol. Au‑dessus d’un lit d’enfant, il remplace l’effet d’un mur peint, sans les complications. Préférez un mur clair derrière (blanc cassé ou gris crayeux) et laissez le bois pâle du lit réchauffer le jaune.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Le jaune sera-t-il trop présent dans une petite cuisine ?

    Dans une petite cuisine, il fonctionne mieux qu’on ne l’imagine, à condition que les murs autour restent clairs. Le jaune moutarde sur un mur blanc ou blanc cassé évoque la chaleur plutôt que l’excès, et le bleu du chien l’équilibre. Le problème apparaît seulement si les meubles ou les murs sont déjà jaunes ou orange. Dans ce cas, choisissez un autre mur.

    Quelle taille convient au-dessus d’un lit d’enfant ?

    Pour un lit simple, choisissez 60 à 70 cm de côté et accrochez-le centré, avec le bord inférieur à environ 20 cm au-dessus de la tête de lit. Sur un lit double ou un lit cabane bas, 80 cm de côté reste très harmonieux. En dessous de 50 cm, le chien rapetisse comme une carte au mur, ce qui serait dommage vu l’effet recherché est la gaieté.

    Est-ce seulement pour les chambres d’enfant ?

    Non, il convient tout aussi bien à une cuisine adulte ou à un couloir. Le style naïf et le fond moutarde s’accordent facilement avec un mobilier mid-century, du bois clair et du simple carrelage blanc. Les propriétaires de chiens l’accrochent souvent là où se trouve la laisse, près de la porte arrière ou dans l’entrée. Il cesse d’être une image de chambre d’enfant dès que le mur autour est uni et le mobilier adulte.
