    Depuis l’entrée, les aplats aux arêtes nettes paraissent impeccables. De près, c’est plus brut: grain de papier, liseré légèrement poudré et deux oiseaux qui refusent de s’aligner. Dans une pièce aux bois chaleureux, le jaune moutarde rehausse tout: les murs semblent plus ensoleillés, le canapé gagne en chaleur et une simple étagère devient soudain un point focal. Accrochez-la au-dessus d’un buffet, à hauteur des yeux dans un couloir, ou sur un mur de cuisine entre deux meubles. Associez-la à des bois chauds, des céramiques crème, une lampe en rotin ou un ou deux coussins moutarde. Évitez les floraux pastel et la galerie chargée de petits cadres; cette toile a besoin d’un peu d’espace pour s’exprimer. Toile tendue sur châssis en bois, prête à accrocher.

    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Le jaune moutarde risque-t-il de s'opposer à la couleur de mon mur ?

    Il est chaud et ancré plutôt que néon, donc il s'accorde bien avec les murs blanc cassé, crème et plâtre chaud. Sur des murs gris froids ou gris-bleu il peut sembler déplacé — essayez-le contre un neutre chaud, ou ajoutez des coussins moutarde et du bois chaud pour faire le lien.

    Faut-il un cadre en bois chaud ou noir ?

    Un cadre noir est généralement le meilleur choix. Il reprend la bordure brun foncé et l'oiseau plus sombre, et empêche le carré moutarde de paraître plat. Le bois chaud peut fonctionner dans une pièce très scandi, mais le noir donne une finition plus nette et graphique.

    Cela fonctionnera-t-il dans une petite cuisine ou a-t-il besoin d'un grand mur ?

    C'est un format carré, il s'insère donc bien dans des espaces étroits — entre deux placards supérieurs, au-dessus d'un petit meuble console, ou sur un mur court de cuisine en couloir. La taille moyenne est idéale ; trop grand et le moutarde peut dominer une petite pièce.
