    Riguardo a quest'opera
    Eleganza sobria per un vano scala che non chiede altro: un’unica immagine alta su parete bianco sporco, e il teal fa il resto. Lascia perdere il corrimano decorato: Morris ha disegnato abbastanza foglie da sostenere da solo un’intera rampa. Tieni il colore del muro gessoso e semplice. Colonnine verniciate di bianco e corrimano in legno grezzo sono la sola compagnia che desidera. Evita un secondo quadro: due motivi di Morris sulla stessa parete fanno effetto campionario, e le teste di anemone perdono presenza. Niente ottone, niente dorature, niente applique elaborate accanto. Se vuoi una pianta sul pianerottolo, che sia un solo tocco di verde in un vaso essenziale, non una giungla. Appendilo un po’ più in basso di quanto verrebbe istintivo, così i fiori restano all’altezza degli occhi salendo. Con vetro acrilico, la carta bianco sporco rimane pulita anche su una scala molto vissuta.

    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Il teal stona con una parete color crema caldo?

    Sì, ma solo se è un crema morbido e non giallo. Il fondo bianco sporco si avvicina alla maggior parte dei crema, quindi il bordo del quadro quasi scompare e restano visibili soprattutto le foglie.     Quanto grande dovrei sceglierlo su un pianerottolo di scala?

    Vai sul grande. Su un pianerottolo lo vedi per primo dal fondo delle scale, a diversi metri di distanza, e in piccolo le teste dei fiori si riducono a una striscia verde. Un pezzo alto circa 100 cm mantiene leggibili le tre teste dei fiori dal pavimento dell’ingresso, mentre la larghezza resta abbastanza stretta per la parete accanto a un corrimano.

    Perché una parte del disegno sfuma nella matita?

    Morris lo disegnò come progetto di lavoro per un tessuto, quindi dipinse solo la sezione necessaria da mostrare al tessitore e lasciò il motivo ripetuto in contorno a matita. Sulla parete la zona non dipinta si legge come parte della parete stessa, ed è per questo che si adatta bene a una pittura chiara e semplice. Il colore si ferma dove il disegno ha scelto di fermarsi, e questo gli dà un respiro che una stampa completamente colorata non avrebbe.
