    Il grigio freddo qui non raffredda: scalda. Il segreto sono i gilet arancioni che, in contrasto con il fondo, rimandano calore e luce in un corridoio senza sole. Appendi questo poster sulla parete lunga di un pianerottolo con intonaco chiaro ai lati: il grigio dialoga con il muro, mentre l’arancione illumina l’ambiente. Pavimenti in cotto e un runner in lana color ruggine ne esaltano i toni. Mantieni le pareti vicine in una finitura gessosa, non bianco caldo: così la neve resta candida e non vira al giallo. Anche la scala conta: a 90 cm d’altezza gli spalatori restano figure riconoscibili, il fango nevoso sotto il trattore conserva la sua sensazione di gelo e una parete stretta di scala trova finalmente la misura giusta.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    L’arancione stonerà con un corridoio grigio?

    No, è proprio il senso del pezzo. L’arancione si posa su un fondo grigio freddo dentro il quadro, quindi una parete grigia attorno lo fa leggere come se quel meteo continuasse verso l’esterno. Lo stacco si crea solo se la parete è crema caldo o gialla, perché allora la neve sembrerà sporca. Resta su grigio gesso, bianco sporco o grigio-azzurro pallido e riprendi l’arancione una volta sola in un runner o uno zerbino.

    Quanto alto dovrei scegliere per una parete scala?

    Vai più grande di quanto suggerisca l’istinto. Su una scala il quadro si guarda dal basso e da lontano, e le figure occupano solo il terzo inferiore, quindi serve altezza perché si leggano come persone. Circa 90-120 cm è la misura ideale per una parete di pianerottolo, con il centro del quadro all’altezza degli occhi dal mezzo pianerottolo e non dal gradino più basso.

    Una scena di lavoro cittadino è troppo affollata per uno spazio piccolo?

    La parte movimentata è confinata in basso, e la metà superiore è soprattutto un cielo grigio quieto e rami spogli. In un corridoio stretto questo gioca a tuo favore, perché la sezione alta e calma resta all’altezza degli occhi mentre i dettagli aspettano più in basso per chi si ferma. Lascia il resto della parete vuoto e lo spazio sembrerà più alto, non più pieno.
